Takahiro Yamamoto is a multidisciplinary artist and choreographer based in Portland, Oregon (Cowlitz, Clackamas and Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde). His current conceptual investigations revolve around the phenomenological effects of time, embodied approach to the presence of nothingness, and the social/emotional implications of visibility.

Born in Oita Prefecture in 1992, Ayaka Nakama is a dancer based in Kobe, Japan. Nakama trained at Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance (London) before continuing her studies as a scholarship student at dB Academy (Kobe). While also creating her own works, she has also recently performed in works by Mika Kurosawa, Toshiki Okada (chelfitsch), contact Gonzo among others.

Christopher K. Morgan founded CKM&A in 2011; the same year Dance Magazine profiled him as one of six breakout choreographers in the United States. He and the company have been recognized with fellowships and grants from the New England Foundation for the Arts, National Performance Network, Creative Capital, Dance USA, The Native Arts and Cultures Foundation, and The Western Arts Alliance.

Jody Kuehner aka Cherdonna Shinatra uses dance, drag, theater, comedy, camp, pop culture, feminist traditions, absurdity and subversive commentary to make art. Kuehner is a 2020 NEFA’s NDP finalist, 2017 Artist Trust Fellowship recipient, 2016 NEFA’s NDP awardee, and 2015 Stranger Genius Award winner.

Jarbeaux or John Jarboe(she/her) is a director, singer, writer, and host serving you revolution, herstory, queer community making, and a whole lot of glitter. She is the founding artistic director of The Bearded Ladies Cabaret and has made original work for La Mama ETC, Joe’s Pub, Opera Philadelphia, The Philadelphia Museum of Art, The Wilma Theater, and most recently, Rose You Are Who You Eat for The Guggenheim’s Works & Process.

Martha Graham Cracker, the tallest, hairiest drag queen in the world, is the alter-ego of Dito van Reigersberg. She performs regularly at Joe's Pub and has also appeared at Union Transfer, Oberon, Philadelphia's City Hall, and The Guthrie Theater. Dito is a co-founder of Pig Iron Theatre Company.

Faye Driscoll is a Bessie Award-winning performance maker who has been hailed as a “startlingly original talent” (Roslyn Sulcas, The New York Times) and “a postmillenium postmodern wild woman” (Deborah Jowitt, The Village Voice).

Joseph Keckler is a singer, writer, composer and multimedia creator who often zeroes in on moments from daily life and transforms them into absurd and affecting underworld voyages. His performances have been featured by NPR’s Tiny Desk series, Lincoln Center, Centre Pompidou, among others.

ABBY ZBIKOWSKI created her company Abby Z and the New Utility in 2012 with founding members Fiona Lundie and Jennifer Meckley. Zbikowski received the 2017 Juried Bessie Award for her “unique and utterly authentic movement vocabulary in complex and demanding structures to create works of great energy, intensity, surprise, and danger.”

zoe | juniper creations exist at the intersection of dance, installation and video technology. We dissolve barriers between art, artist and audience by challenging expectations of perception and making space for empathy and connection. Collaborating with artists from diverse fields, we employ a specific, singular combination of bodies, light, sound and sculpture to realize each project.

Zoë Poluch’s artistic practice puts into motion different mediums and takes shape in different rooms. Her love-hate relationship with the “contemporary dance” scene is based on a long term and practice-based interest in the politics and poetics of moving and sensing. As she teaches, dances, talks, writes and thinks, she does it with a precise gymnastics of the senses.

Elisa Harkins is a Native American (Cherokee/Muscogee) artist and composer based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Her work is concerned with translation, language preservation, and Indigenous musicology. Harkins uses the Cherokee and Mvskoke languages, electronic music, sculpture, and the body as her tools. Harkins received a BA from Columbia College, Chicago and an MFA from CALARTS.

Hanako Hoshimi-Caines is a mother, dancer, performance-maker, writer, questioner, enthusiast and organizer born and based in Tiohtià:ke/Montreal. Her work plays with the pleasure and the haunt of the familiar as strategies of resistance and transformation.

Chari Glogovac-Smith is a composer, performer, and mixed media artist. Using an evolving mixture of traditional and experimental techniques, Chari is dynamically exploring and illustrating various counterpoints between human experience and society.

Gary Champi is a dance artist originally from San Diego, CA. He performs between New York and Seattle, drawing on experience with a variety of choreographers, touring nationally and abroad in theater spaces, museum installations, and site-specific work.

Saira Barbaric (they. he. she. ze.) is a multidisciplinary, gender blending hedonist creature in a thicc Black human suit. Saira graduated from The Theatre School at DePaul with BFA in costume design.

Alistair Fyrn (They/He) is a mixed media creator whose work explores eroticism, trauma, and mythos. In 2017, they co-founded Scumtrust Productions, a queer porn film crew. The films they have helped to craft have shown nationally and internationally.

Brendan Mack (they/them) also known as Terrible Drag Performer Butch Alice is a writer, director, puppet person, chaotic hell storm, friend, lover, and I guess a performer. Focusing in Scenic and Prop design at college at Syracuse University, Brendan had found their way into every area of theater.

Minna Lee (they/them/she/her) is a Hmong-Vietnamese American writer, animator, and performer making art on Lenape land and pursuing an MFA in Playwriting at Hunter College.

Arabella is a queer Filipin/x/a/o immigrant who is a lifelong learner with a Gemini moon with too many interests and drive to help in telling more stories.

Moonyeka is a nonbinary Filipinx femme interdisciplinary artist with a specialty in dance and movement-based storytelling.

Fox Whitney’s transgender and queer point of view is at the heart of his performance project, Gender Tender, founded in 2012. He creates experiences that investigate the nature of queer relationships, trans histories and the surreal nature of transformation.

Vanessa Goodman is the Artistic Director of the performance company Action at a Distance Dance Society. The company would like to respectfully acknowledge that it is working on the ancestral and unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh people.

Allie Hankins is a dancer, performer, and maker who recently performed in a dream wherein she announced "Today I am Truit" before jumping into a pool.

Pamela Z is a composer, performer, and media artist working with voice, live electronic processing, sampled sound, and video. A pioneer of live digital looping techniques, she processes her voice in real time to create dense, complex sonic layers.

600 HIGHWAYMEN have always centered the creation of intimacy among strangers in their artistic practice. Their work exists at the intersection of theater, dance, contemporary performance, and civic encounter.
