Now available on video-on-demand: On the Boards’ Studio Session with Artist-in-Residence Benjamin Hunter, recorded live in OtB’s Studio Theater on June 3, 2021. Hunter shared an hour of music and photography he has been working on in the past year.
Where do we go for peace of mind? How do we navigate our truths with the truths of others? In a world that shrinks, and blends, and mixes, how can we challenge the divisions that are created for us without our permission? Benjamin Hunter blends sound and imagery to create a kind of dreamspace, where the mixture of vibrations and shapes coalesce to create an escape, and a release, all in search of a safe space to be who we want to be, not what others claim we are.
