Negronis!
Negroni | Gin, Campari, Rouge Vermouth, served on the rocks with an orange peel
An aperitif style cocktail nearly perfect in every way. Balancing the fruity bitterness of Campari with the delicate sweetness of Italian Vermouth, all held together and boosted by the floral and botanical presence of a classic London Dry gin. It's an ideally balanced cocktail to help prime one for a meal or an evening out and about.
Aperol Spritz!
Aperol Spritz | Aperol, Sparkling Wine, Club Soda, served on the rocks with a slice of orange
Strong notes of blood orange and rhubarb make up the flavor profile for the Italian aperitif, crisped up and made bubbly with the addition of sparkling wine and then lengthened with club soda. An absolutely refreshing and easy going delight, perfect for an afternoon session out on the patio, or as an accompaniment to an invigorating and inspiring theater performance.
Sparkling Grapefruit Cooler!
Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Grapefruit Cooler | House-made Grapefruit Cordial, Non-Alcoholic Aperitivo, Club Soda, Mint
Bright and tangy notes of sweetened Pink Grapefruit complimented by a bold yet approach-able non-alcoholic aperitivo make for the core of this zero proof libation. Add some club soda to brighten it up and a fresh sprig of mint as an aromatic welcome, and you've got a tasty and refreshing drink with plenty of character and not a trace of booze… though adding some is always an option!
Natural Wine!
While there is no universally accepted definition of natural wine, it is generally agreed to be wine that is farmed organically and made without adding or removing anything in the cellar. No additives or processing aids are used, and ‘intervention’ in the naturally occurring fermentation process is kept to a minimum. As such neither fining nor (tight) filtration are used. The result is a living wine – wholesome and full of naturally occurring microbiology.
